● Arc Flash Protection for US Standards By passing rigorous tests for arc flash protection, including the US standards ANSI Z87.1 (Personal Eye and Face Protection Devices) and ASTM 2178 (Standard Test Method for Electrical Arc Rating of Personal Eye and Face Protection Equipment), the arc rating (ATPV) of the product reaches 16Cal/cm2, and the Heat Attenuation Factor (HAF) reaches 87%.

● Superior Optical Quality To provide users with the best optical quality and allow them to focus on their work, the safety face shield has undergone the highest standard optical testing (Class 1), which includes tests for spherical refraction, astigmatic refraction, prism refraction, and scattered light.

● Impact Resistance The safety face shield provides protection against impacts from the front and sides.

● High-Speed Impact Resistance, 190m/s (+55°C, -5°C) The face shield is made of extruded polycarbonate with extremely high impact resistance, allowing it to be used in high-temperature environments up to +55°C and low-temperature environments down to -5°C. It can withstand the impact of a 6mm steel ball at a speed of 190m/s.

● Flame Resistance According to the testing method of EU standards, when one end of a 6mm diameter and 300mm long iron rod is heated to 650°C and pressed against the tested face shield surface with its own weight for 5 seconds, the safety face shield will not burn or continue to glow.

● Protection against Molten Metal Splashes and Hot Solids Penetration The face shield is made of ultra-high molecular weight extruded polycarbonate, which has been tested according to EU standards and proven to provide protection against molten metal splashes and penetration by hot solids. During the EU standard test, (1) the face shield effectively prevents molten metal from adhering to the face shield to protect the user’s eyes and face, and (2) a 6mm diameter steel ball at 900°C cannot penetrate the face shield.

● Anti-Fogging The face shield has an anti-fog coating on the inside, ensuring that it does not fog up during winter breathing and does not obstruct the user’s vision.

● Chin Protection The face shield can be equipped with a chin guard to provide protection for the user’s chin.

● Compatible with Safety Helmets The face shield bracket can be used in combination with most safety helmets to provide protection for the user’s head and face simultaneously.
